Cappelli, Jr., Architect, on the 30th day of April 1986 and filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Dutchess County, New York, on the 14th day of May 1986, as File No. 2314/1986 and on the Site Plan for Fox Hill Condominium III entitled “Construction Survey Fox Hill – Parcel III” certified by Milton Chazen, P.E., & L.S, on the 29th day of April 1986, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Dutchess County, New York on the 14th day of May 1986 as File No. 2314/1986. The land on which the Building containing the Unit is located (and on which the other Buildings forming a part of Fox Hill Condominium III are located).

TOGETHER WITH the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Party of the First Part in and to said premises.
